These Terms govern your use of TarotPandit. By using the site you agree to them.
TarotPandit is operated by Trichakra Foundation (GSTIN 03AJJPK2400L1ZK), 80 Vishal Nagar, Pakhowal Road, Ludhiana, Punjab 141013, India. Contact: care@pandit.com.
The service
TarotPandit offers free tarot readings, a library of card meanings, and optional paid memberships and courses with added features. We may add, change or retire features over time.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you register.
Acceptable use
Use TarotPandit lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service or its content.
Memberships & payments
Paid plans are billed through our payment processor. Prices are shown at checkout. Refunds follow our refund policy.
Academy certificates
Certificates are issued by Trichakra Foundation through the TarotPandit Academy and record completion of its course of study and assessment. They are not a government, university or professional-body accreditation and must not be presented as one. A certificate can be revoked if it was obtained dishonestly; its page at /verify then says so.
API and embed
Keys are issued per account under the quotas shown at /developers. Keep secret keys on your server. Free keys must show the "Powered by TarotPandit" line. Do not present readings as medical, legal or financial advice. We may suspend a key that is abused or exceeds its quota.
Intellectual property
The TarotPandit platform, its deck artwork, readings, text and design are owned by Trichakra Foundation and the Pandit.com ecosystem. You may use your own readings freely; please don't republish our content or artwork as your own.
No professional advice
TarotPandit is for guidance, learning and reflection. It is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial or psychological advice. Health readings point to attention, not diagnosis. Decisions you make are your own.
“As is” & liability
The service is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, TarotPandit and Trichakra Foundation are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction over the owner's registered location.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
