The King of Pentacles tarot card means prosperity mastered and wisely governed. A crowned king sits on a throne carved with bull heads, his robe covered in grapes and vines, a sceptre in his right hand and a pentacle under his left; an armoured foot rests on a boar's head and a castle rises behind.
