The Three of Pentacles tarot card means skilled work recognised and built together: craft, collaboration and a plan carried into stone. A sculptor on a bench carves a church arch in which three pentacles are set, while a monk and a hooded figure stand beside him holding the drawings. Upright, mastery serves a shared design.
