Three of Pentacles reversed meaning

When the card is turned, the work falls below its plan. Waite gives mediocrity, in work and otherwise, together with pettiness and weakness. In practice this shows as a team pulling in different directions, a craftsman ignoring the brief, a client who will not say what they want, or skill that goes unrecognised because no one has seen it. Sometimes the trouble lies in the effort, sometimes in the talking, and both can be repaired.
