King of Wands दंडों का राजा

The King of Wands tarot card means mastered fire: vision, honesty and the authority to turn an idea into an enterprise. The plate shows a crowned king in profile on a throne emblazoned with lions and a salamander, a red cap beneath his crown, a robe and mantle patterned with salamanders, a tall leafing wand in his right hand and a small salamander on the floor before him. Upright he is bold, honest leadership; reversed he is severity or impatience.

The King of Wands sits in profile on a throne carved with lions and a salamander, leaning forward, a leafing wand held out before him. Upright he is fire mastered and turned to service. He may be a man in your life, honest, conscientious and friendly, often married, whom Waite describes as ardent and noble; or he is your own readiness to lead.
